There are seven stages of a typical IISYS® building automation project. We take
you through every stage of the project, from developing and designing the system
to on-
1. Developing Design and Quote
Detailed Systems Planning is the foundation of every
successful intelligent building automation project.
After discussing your requirements
we take into account your budget and aesthetic preferences, functionality, energy
efficiency and future technological needs and generate a quote.
2. Selecting an electrical
contractor
You may choose to tender for an electrical contractor or we can recommend
KNX proficient associates (recommended).
3. Design and documentation
After liasing
with you architect and interior designer and electrical contractor, we produce detailed
specifications for all electrical and electronic works, with complete plans showing
the location of all zones, and schedules of cabling requirements and layouts.
4. Cabling and infrastructure installation
Your selected electrical contractor installs
the electrical, lighting, audio visual, communications and data cabling and infrastructure.
5.
Product selection and installation
There are over 200 product manufacturers within
the KNX Organisation which means that we will always recommend the best products
for your requirements and budget. Once your selection has been made the components
are purchased, and tested. When your building is close to completion phase, the chosen
system components are installed, programmed and commissioned.
6. Handover and tuition
It's
crucial that you understand how to get the best from your intelligent building system.
At this critical stage we handover the finished system and explain its operation.

On-
All our systems are tried and tested in our lab before
installation and re checked on handover. However, due to circumstances pertaining
to individual preferences, there can be occasional readjustment requirements. Therefore
we offer a wide range of warranty and support options, from basic return to base
warranty through to tailored maintenance agreements. We can also create a plan for
systems upgrades, as and when you want them.
